Shipping quotes for all orders placed will be obtained and sent for approval as soon as possible as an addition to all orders, unless arrangements to pick up at our location in northern Alberta can be made.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We stand behind our products, and quality is our business!
Please refuse a damaged in transit shipment with the carrier.
If a damaged product is received, please contact us immediately, so we can work to rectify the situation with the freight company as soon as possible.
In the unlikely event of a defective product, the item in question can be returned for direct exchange.
